3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup white karo syrup
2/3 cup water
8 eggs separated
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix granulated sugar, karo syrup and water into pan. Bring to soft boil 235 dg.
Separate eggs. Add cream of tarter to egg whites. Beat whites until very stiff. Beat yolks until very stiff while adding powdered sugar. Finally pour syrup mix and blend into whites and beat until stiff. Then blend yolks into white mixture.
