Ingredients:  
2 packages chicken rice mix, prepared as directed on box (brown rice works well, too)
8 chicken breasts, boned, and cut into strips
3 c. tomatoes cut in pieces
2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. celery, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
3 cans pineapple chunks packed in own juice
1 small bag flaked coconut
1 small bag slivered almonds

Marinate chicken for 24 hours in:
1 c.soy sauce
1 c.pineapple juice
2 c.cooking oil
2 tsp.dry mustard
2 tsp.brown sugar
4 tsp.ginger
1 tsp.garlic salt

Simmer ingredients 5 minutes. Cool. Add meat. Drain marinade and bake at least one hour at 350 in covered pan.

GRAVY:
Heat
2 c.milk
4 cans cream of chicken soup
OR
2 packages chicken gravy mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c.milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
one can mushroom slices with juice

Directions:

To serve, arrange in order listed. Guests may serve selves in buffet style or hostess may pass.

9. Green onion
10. Pineapple
11. Almonds
12. Coconut
