1 cup each: shredded cheddar and Swiss cheese
3 cups cubed day-old sourdough bread or bagels
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen, chopped broccoli - thawed, drained
1 (4-5 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sliced green or red onions
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk; 2 tsp. garlic salt; 1 tsp. pepper
1 (7.1 pouch or 2.3 oz. pouches) Chicken of the Sea Premium Skinless and Boneless Pink Salmon

Preheat the oven to 375º.

In a bowl, mix 2/3 cups of each cheese with the next five ingredients. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper. Mix egg mixture into vegetable mixture. Flake and fold in Chicken of the Sea Salmon. Spoon into a greased 13x9x2" casserole dish.

Bake 35-40 min. until firm. The last 7 min. of baking, sprinkle on remaining cheeses and bake uncovered until melted.

Serve immediately.
