1 Can Black Eyed Peas
1 Kilbasa Sausage
1 Bag of Rice (White or Yellow)
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook the rice per directions on bag or box. Cook the amount of rice according to the number of people you need to feed.

2) Cut up your sausage "pepperoni" style and pan fry it in a bit of oil, just browning it.

3) Cook your bag or can of black eyed peas in a pot.

4) After all 3 items are cooked, add butter to rice (if white) and mix the sausage and peas into the rice.

5) Salt as desired
