2-3 boneless, skinless frozen chicken breasts
1 8-ounce package cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 package Good Seasons Dry Italian Dressing Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen breasts in crockpot and sprinkle with Italian Dressing mix. Cook in crockpot on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender. Shred chicken into small bits after it's cooked. One hour before serving, mix cream cheese and soup into chicken and warm through. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.

Variation: Use cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom.
