1/2 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts in water drained and chopped
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1 clove garlic pressed
1 oz. fresh parmesean cheese

Preheat oven to 375º. Combine soup mix. mayo, & sour cream. Unroll 1 pkg. of crescent dough across one end of pan with longest sides across width of pan. Repeat with remaining package of dough, filling pan. Roll dough to seal perforations and press up sides to form crust. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Drain spinach & squeeze out moisture. Add to above ingredients. Drain artichoke and water chestnuts. Chop. Add water chestnuts, artichokes, feta cheese, and pressed garlic. Mix.
Spread spinach mixture over partially baked crust. Grate parmesan cheese over filling. Bake 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Cut into squares.
