1/2 c. frozen limeade
1-1/2 T. garlic powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
3-4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Italian Salad Dressing
3-4 T. chopped fresh cilantro, or 2-3 T. dried cilantro
2-3 lbs. chicken tenderloin strips
4 limes sliced and divided
1 pkg. Zatarain's Long Grain and Wild Rice

Directions:
Prepare rice according to package and set aside. In large zip-loc bag combine first 7 ingredients, limeade through chicken. Slice 3 of the fresh limes, squeeze lightly by hand into bag, drop the slices into the bag and close. Marinate in refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side. Remove and place chicken over rice. Squeeze remaining lime over chicken and arrange as garnish. Garnish with extra Cilantro sprigs if desired.
Note: This marinade works well with Shrimp Kabobs and Chicken breasts also.
