Apple Salad Recipe

1 C chopped celery
1 1/4 C toasted pecans
2 C grapes, sliced.
4 or 5 large, crisp apples, diced.
1/2 C chopped parsley
1 20 oz can chunk pineapple

1/4 C melted butter
1/4 C sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp corn starch
Juice from 20 oz. can of pineapple.

Combine juices, butter & sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Combine corn starch and water to glue like consistency. Add to juice, reduce heat, cook until thickened. CHILL. Whisk in 1 C mayo.
