2 beaten egg yolks
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients, except butter and cream, and cook over low heat until mixture thickens (3-5 minutes), stirring constantly. Take off heat and add butter. Refrigerate and cool. Whip up cream and fold into mustard mixture shortly before serving.

We enjoy this recipe with ham. We use it as a spread for leftover ham sandwiches too.
