2-3 sweet potatoes
mini marshmellows
~24 ginger snaps

Directions:
Directions:
peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. boil in water until soft.

drain and mash - try not to have any excess liquid. can mash with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.

crush ginger snaps

take a few mini marshmellows and form a ball of mashed sweet potato around them. roll in ginger snaps.

bake until golden brown and serve warm
