2 c. sugar
4 eggs (use egg substitute)
5 c. milk
4 c. heavy whipping cream
3 c. mashed strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp strawberry flavoring (optional)
Dash of red food coloring

Add sugar to beaten eggs. Pour into ice cream maker. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
