lasagne noodles
onion
green peppers
italian sausage or ground beef
tomato sauce - a large store bought jar or a can of crushed tomatoes mixed with tomato paste, italian herbs and a dash of red wine
small jar of al fredo sauce
plenty of cheese (mozzeralla, parmesan, romano, whatever!)

boil lasagne noodles according to package.

saute onion and green peppers with italian sausage.

if using homemade tomato sauce, mix can of crushed tomatoes with tomato paste and herbs. until warm. stir in sausage mixture.

layer lasagne noodles with sauage and tomato mixture. the last layer should be noodles. pour entire jar of alfredo sauce over lasagne and sprikle with cheese.

bake uncovered (unless top layer starts to burn - then cover with foil) for 45 minutes - 1 hour
