3/4 c. softened butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and beat well. With spoon stir in vanilla and zucchini. combined dry ingredients and alternately stir in dry ingredients with milk. Add nuts last. Bake in 350 oven, In 2 medium loafs pans, for approx. 1 hour.Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
