1 egg (beaten)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Additional 1 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Spray nonstick cooking spray on 8-in. square pan. Mix egg, sugar, milk, oil, 1 c. flour, salt and baking powder. Pour batter into pan. Then in small bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped pecans and 1 tbsp. flour. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over batter. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. To make larger cake just double recipe.
