3 cups flour
3/4 bag milk chocolate chips
3 cups quick oatmeal
3/4 bag semi-chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 bag butterscotch chips
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 bag white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
2 cups softened butter
6 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and butter. Take half and press in bottom of cookie sheet. Cook 350° for 10 min. Sprinkle all chips over cookie sheet. Mix 6 tablespoons of flour into the caramel ice cream topping, and heat on stove. Drizzle over top of chips. Crumble remaining cookie layer and sprinkle over all. Bake 350° for 15-20 minutes.
