1/2 cup salsa
1-1 1/2 pounds meat
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
3 assorted bell peppers
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 yellow onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in a zip-loc bag. Add meat of your choice-pre-cut into 2-inch long strips. Marinate in fridge for 1/2-2 hrs. While marinating, slice the peppers and onion into strips. Cook meat in marinade on high until done. Drain off juice. Add veggies and fry until they are crisp/tender in a little juice. Serve on warm tortillas with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Serve with black beans and Mexican rice.
