4 medium potatoes, each cut into
Grill seasoning blend (I use
8 wedges lengthwise
Johnny's Seasoning salt) or
Extra-virgin olive oil, to coat
coarse salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 500º. Place wedges into gallon-sized Zip-loc bag. Drizzle potatoes with a generous pour of extra-virgin olive oil. Toss potatoes with seasoning blend or coarse salt and pepper. Place potatoes on a nonstick baking sheet and roast 20 minutes or until just tender. Give the baking sheet a good shake after 10 minutes to avoid sticking.

French fries are almost a thing of the past for us now that we have these. I serve them with hot sandwiches, burgers or sloppy joes, and we really enjoy them.
