Marinade:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 cup finely ground croutons
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
(Chataham Village Ceasar Flavor)
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dijon style mustard
Lettuce
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Lemon slices
Pepper to taste

Marinate chicken for 15 minutes in the fridge. Combine croutons and cheese. Dredge chicken in croutons and cheese and place in a baking pan. Drizzle remaining marinade over chicken. Bake at 400° for 18 minutes, or until fork can be inserted into chicken easily. Slice into strips and serve over shredded or torn lettuce and top with lemon slices. Add croutons to the salad if you like, and use Caesar dressing.
