2 tbsps. Dijon mustard
2 tbsps. prepared pesto sauce
1 8 oz. wheel Brie cheese
2 tbsps. walnuts, finely chopped
Chopped tomatoes
Assorted crackers or breadsticks

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend mustard and pesto; set aside. Cut cheese in half horizontaly. Place bottom half on greased baking sheet, cut-side up; spread with half the pesto mixture. Replace top of Brie, cut-side down; spread with remaining pesto mixture and sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened. Do not overbake. Transfer to serving dish, garnish with chopped tomatoes. Serve with assorted crackers and breadsticks.
