3/4 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup raisins
2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces (any parts you'd like)
1/3 cup apricot jam
2 T. lemon juice
1 box stuffing mix, prepared
A 2 quart baking dish.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the stuffing according to the box directions, and add the apple and raisins, Spread this stuffing mixture in baking dish. Add the chicken. Brush with the combined apricot jam and lemon juice. Cover dish and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Run under the broiler to brown the chicken.
