1 lb. ground beef
2 T. onion
Salt and Pepper (or Paprika) to taste
1 package Potato Nuggets or Tater Tots
1 can Cream of Cheddar Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
A larger microwave safe casserole dish
A microwave

Directions:
Directions:
De-fat the ground beef (cook in a pan, until meat becomes un-red) and pour off as much of the fat as you can. (Good way to do this is using a metal strainer or colander.) Add seasoning to meat and put it in the casserole dish. Throw Tater Tots on top and put soups on top of that. Microwave, covered, for 14-16 minutes. Freezes well.

Really easy and great on a cold day! Guys
really likes the recipe a lot! Serve with a nice salad and/or
fruit.. You could also substitute ground turkey or broken up
veggie burgers, just reduce the cooking time.
