2 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can Old El Paso Enchilada sauce, mild
1 large can Wolf Brand Chili, no beans
water
large bag of Doritos chips, plain, not flavored, crunched up
1 lb. pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. pkg. grated American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain off grease. Add can of enchilada sauce to meat. Warm chili in microwave adding water to chili to thin a little. In a 9x13 glass casserole dish, layer 1/2 of meat and onion mixture, 1/2 chips, 1/2 chili, 1/2 cheeses. Repeat the layers, and then top with cheese. Bake covered at 375º for 45 minutes until bubbly. Serve with rice.
