1 Box Hamburger Helper Enchilada mix
about 8 flour tortilla shells
mozzarella, cheddar cheese, or jack cheese
1 15oz can black beans drained
1 can olives sliced
sour cream
diced fresh tomatoes
salsa (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make hamburger helper as directed on pkg., add in the drained black beans. Put a layer of flour tortillas on bottom of 11 X 14 pan. Pour hamburger helper mixture on this. Put cheese on top of this and then another layer of tortilla shells. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º . Slice into individual servings and top with fresh tomatoes, olives, sour cream and salsa if desired.
