1 box of chocolate or Devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix half the box of cake mix with the eggs, butter, and vanilla till smooth, then add other half of mix and blend well. Put in lightly greased, large cookie sheet and spread to within 1/2 inch of edges. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. When removed from oven flatten with a spatula and cut into desired size squares and remove to cookie rack to cool. Cut a half gallon carton of ice cream into two inch thick squares. When cake squares are completely cool, put ice cream between two pieces and wrap individually. Freeze till solid.
