4 Venison Chops or Steaks (3/4 inch thick, about 1 lb.)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced

1. In mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the meat.
2. Place the chops in a shallow dish and pour the mixture over the chops. Cover and chill for several hours, turning meat occasionally.
3. Drain meat reserving the marinade for basting. Season marinade with a little salt and pepper.
4. For medium-rare, broil chops 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes per side while occasionally basting with marinade. For medium and well done 1 or 2 minutes per side.
5. Let cool on platter for 3 to 4 minutes and serve.
