1 lb. macaroni
1 lb. shredded American cheese (I use 1/2 American/Cheddar Jack & 1/2 American
2 eggs, beaten
About 2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni until almost done. Drain & put back in pot. Add butter & mix well. Add milk & eggs. Mix well. Put 1/2 macaroni in a greased pan. Put 1/2 of the cheese over macaroni. Add the rest of macaroni and cover with rest of the cheese.. Bake @350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
