1 box Mac & Cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna fish
Directions:

Open Mac & Cheese.
Throw out cheese powder stuff...
Prepare noodles as per directions on box.
Drain noodles, put back in pan.
Add tuna and soup.
Mix well.
Eat.

Obviously, you can use any macaroni noodles, but the box is an easy measurment to use....
Some like to bake this by placing in to a baking dish, adding chips or some other topping. Bake @ 350 till hot?? I however use this as a quick no hassel, eat right out of the pan type meal.
