3 or 31/2 lb. chicken,
TexJoy seasoning salt,
1 can beer.

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken, trim excess fat,etc. Dust inside & out with seasoning salt.
1/2 can beer: Remove top - Cram into chicken cavity.
Place combo on grill and cook with smoke 5 to 6 hours. j Use with water pan to increase tenderness.
