4 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 13-oz can consomme
juice of one lemon
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
dash Tabasco
2 3-oz pkgs cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 lb boiled shrimp, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
sliced hard boiled eggs
parsley for garnish

Directions:
No mixing directions. I'd guess you dissolve the gelatin in a little boiling water or consomme. Maybe cream everything except hard boiled eggs and parsley garnish. PAM or line mold with Saran Wrap. Put mousse in mold and chill until firm. Turn out on platter and garnish with sliced eggs and parsley.
