1 Tbsp margarine or butter
2/3 cup baking mix ~such as Bisquick Original, where I got this great recipe:-)
1½ tsp. paprika
1¼ tsp. salt (I use seasoning salt)
¼ tsp. pepper
Chicken pieces - up to a 3½ lb. chicken.

Heat oven to 425º. Melt margarine in 13x9x2" baking dish.

Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and margarine should be hot).

Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min. longer or until done.
