6 Medium Green peppers
1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Dash Pepper
1 – 1 Lb Can Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Uncooked long-grain rice
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
4 Ounces graded cheese

Preheat oven to 350º.

Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Precook pepper cups in boiling salted water about 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle inside of cups generously with salt.

Cook ground been and chopped onion till meat is lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper; add can tomatoes, water, rice, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in cheese; stuff peppers; stand upright in 10x6x1-1/2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes.
