8 oz cream cheese - room temperature
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/8 tsp curry powder
1/2 c. mango chutney
1/4 c. toasted pecans or almonds
1 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp currants
2-3 granny smith apples in thin wedges
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese and curry powder. Shape into 5 1/2" diameter and 1" high circle. Refrigerate 45 minutes.

Put cheese on tray. Spread chutney over cheese, sprinkle on nuts, green onions and currants.

Toss apple slices in lemon juice. Arrange apple and crackers around cheese.
