1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1 cup canned plain pumpkin
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 cup canned plain pumpkin, 1/3 cup water. Beat together. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients, mix well, until there aren't any lumps. Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Grease 2 loaf pans (small). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
