Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1/2 c mayo
1 tbs vinegar (red wine works well)
dash of dill

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice cukes and layer in large bowl with salt. Weigh the cukes down by putting a smaller plate in the bowl on top of the cukes and placing a heavy object-like a jug of milk-on the plate. (get it people??) Leave in fridge for several hours. Cukes will give off water -rinse and drain excess water- Combine mayo and vinegar until well blended and toss with cukes- add dill for pretty mostly. Dressing can be adjusted to taste. Let marinate at least an hour before serving.
