1 cup cubed American or cheddar cheese
3 hard boiled eggs diced
1-7 oz can grated tuna
2 tbsp green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp onion chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
10 to 12 buns

Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients for filling. Split buns, spread filling on bottom portion and add top. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
