1 lb ground beef- browned and drained
1 can Spam- ground
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt--I usually omit
1 can spaghetti sauce with meat
1 8 oz pkg mozzarella cheese grated
1 pkg Thomas English muffins

Heat first 7 ingredients and spread on English muffins.
Bake 8 minutes at 450 degrees
