Crust- 20 graham crackers-single scant
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
A bit of cinnamon
1 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers and ass butter, sugar and cinnamon. Press into a Lined 8x8x2 pan or a 9 inch spring mold pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth with sugar. Add vanilla. Pour into shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix with rubber spatula. Pour gently over rest and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees 10 min. Cool to room temperature. Chill 24 hours.

This is one of the two cheesecakes Kerry Sr.likes. If you use a spring mold pan to bake this, it's best to put a pizza pan or cookie sheet under while it bakes because the spring mold pan can leak butter.
