1 box butter recipe cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped up
1 9 oz. tub cool whip

Preheat oven to 325.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 can mandarin oranges with mixer. Pour into 2 8" floured and greased cake pans. Cook 25 mins.
Combine icing ingredients and stir well. Ice cake after it cools.
This cake is better after it sets in refrigerator for 3 or 4 days. Store in fridge.
