1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. mozzarella cheese
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts in brine,
drained and chopped
paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a small baking dish with no-stick spray. Heat oven to 275º. Mix all ingredients except paprika in medium bowl. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with crackers.
