16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained well
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 c. pecans, chopped
maraschino cherry slivers (optional)

Combine softened cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, salt and Tabasco. Shape into ball and refrigerate to set. After one hour, roll in nuts and garnish with cherries. Serve with crackers.
