4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 3-oz pkgs cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp sherry
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/3 c. minced dried beef (or chopped pecans)
1/3 c. fresh parsley

Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, sherry, worchestershire sauce, onion, garlic, celery salts. Blend til smooth; add olives. Cover and chill til firm. Combine beef & parsley. Roll ball in this mixture. Cover and chill.
