2# Ora Ida frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pint sour cream
2 Tbsp chopped onions
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream chicken soup
1 tsp @ salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in greased 9 x 13 greased pan

Mix together:
1/4# butter
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Spread on top of potatoes

Bake 1 hour @ 350º

Can be made ahead of time and frozen
