1 lb shrimp, cut in half lengthwise

2 Tbs water
2 Tbs catsup
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs Rice wine or Dry Sherry
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tsp grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 c green onions
4 cloves minced garlic

1 Tbs peanut oil or Pam & 1 tsp Mongolian Fire Oil
Hot Rice
Pea Pods (optional)

Heat Oil
Brown ginger, garlic & onions
Add shrimp until warm
Add "mix" until hot
Serve with rice & pea pods
