1 1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 cup unbleached, all-purpose (King Arthur) flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar or 1/4 cup malted milk powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla until light and foamy (about 3 minutes with mixer). Add butter. Wisk dry ingredients. Gently and quickly add dry mix into liquids. Let batter relax a couple of minutes before using.
