4 C cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 C celery, finely chopped
1 C bell pepper, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 C slivered almonds, toasted
1 tsp. salt
1 C mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of chicken soup,
2 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
potato chips, crushed for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Blend together in a casserole dish.
Top with 2 cups cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the top and bake another 10 minutes.
