1 Pound Linguine # 8,
6 Large Eggs,
Tomato Sauce,
Salt and Pepper,
6 ounces Grated Cheese,
1 pound of chop meat,
Garlic,
Oregano.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot boil enough water to cook Linguine as per package directions.
In a separate bowl beat 6 large eggs add a good amount of Salt and Pepper, now add in grated cheese and mix well,set aside.
Mix chop meat and diced garlic,a little oregano,salt and pepper and fry till chop meat done, set aside,
After Spaghetti is done drain and place back in pot, add in meat and egg mixture mix well, pour in enough Tomato sauce to make mixture red ( not too much)
In a 9" round 2 to 3" deep frying pan pour in mixture and push down till level,cover and cook on medium to low heat about 8 to 10 minutes.remove cover lift frying pan and give a little shove if mixture moves easily time to turn, Place a large dish over frying pan and turn then slide mixture back into frying pan and cover and cook another 8 to 10 minutes. ( may take a little longer because of sauce) When done remove cover place dish over frying pan turn over and let sit 10 minutes and serve.

This Pie will need a fork to eat. My other Spaghetti Pies can be sliced and served like a pie.
