Ingredients: 1 pound of Linguine # 8, 7 Large Eggs, Salt and Pepper, 7 Ounces of Grated Cheese, 2 Large Green Peppers, 6 Sweet Italian Sausage,

Directions: |
Directions:In a large pot boil enough water to cook Linguine as per package directions. Cut up both peppers and dice, then fry in olive oil,set aside, Cut up Sausage into thin slices and cook until done,set aside, In a separate bowl beat 7 eggs and mix with a good amount of salt and pepper, add grated cheese and mix well set aside, After spaghetti is cooked drain and place back in pot, Add in peppers and mix well, now add in Cooked Sausage mix well, then add in egg mixture and mix well and pour into 9" round 2 to 3 inch deep frying pan cover and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes remove cover lift and give a little shove if mixture moves easily its time to turn, Place a large dish over frying pan and turn then slide mixture back into frying pan cover and cook another 8 to 10 minutes. Remove cover place dish over frying pan turn remove and serve warm and sliced like a pie. |

Notes: If when turning doesn't come out easily cook Little longer. also make sure mixture is cooked through out, stick a butter knife in middle if comes out wet cook longer.
