2 packages yeast
1 1/4 cups water, warm
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 package egg custard mix, 3 to 4 oz
3 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add butter, salt and dry custard mix. Stir until dissolved. Gradually add 3 cups flour, mix well. Add additional flour until no longer sticky. Knead 15 times on lightly floured board. Roll out dough to a 20"x8" rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise to make two strips 20"x4". With knife, crease each strip lengthwise, slightly off center and fold along crease. Gently pull strip to 24". Cut each strip into 12 2" pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise until doubled - 45 to 60 minutes.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
