2 packages Royal no cook cheesecake. (I wonder if they still
1-2 cans Thank You brand (or similar brand) Cherry or
make that stuff...)
Strawberry pie filling.
A Spring Form pan. (Yes, we all need one. Sigh...)
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the two cheesecakes according to package
instructions. Pour into large spring form cake pan. Chill in
refrigerator overnight.

One hour before serving, remove from pan to a large round
platter. Spoon the pie filling over the cheesecake. Re-chill for
an hour.

Had-written by Mom, 1983. Mom says, "And
NEVER tell how it's made." Aunt Celeste Beckwith-Williams
was a dear friend of Mom's and proof that you're never too
old to find true love -- again.. This cheesecake IS really
good, very easy and very showy. Not quite as fabulous as
Margit's "from scratch" cheesecakes but pretty darn good!
