1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
1 head red leaf lettuce, torn (or buy the pre-packaged bags of lettuce)
2 Granny Smith apples, diced
1 c. craisins
1 block Feta cheese, crumbled or bleu cheese
1 c. pecans

Dressing:
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1 T. dry mustard
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 t. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Toast pecans in oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat when ready to serve.
